2026/11/10 | (2026/10/24) | Flex Product Launch Event - The event will utilize (1) 15mx50m Liri Structure on 4M legs; and (2) 20x40 Oly maxi tents. The main 15mx50m will accomodate 100 people and will have AI products placed within the tent along with an LED screen. This tent will be fully enclosed in glass and hardwall and will have 3 glass double doors for entry and exit access. There will be lit exit signs on all doors along with complete fire safety packages for insid the tent which include fire extinguishers and no smoking signs. The 20x40 tents will be completely open on the front 40 sides and the following 3 sides will have white vinyl. These tents will be used for catering and to give out goodie bags and merchandise.
