Privacy Policy

Austin Signals (HD Signals LLC) keeps this simple: we store your email address and billing status, and nothing else about you personally.

What we store

• Your email address (for login and the weekly digest).
• Your billing status and plan, via Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
• Saved ZIP codes or email preferences you set in your dashboard.

What's on the site

The permits, business filings, and TABC licenses shown on the site are public records from the City of Austin, the Texas Comptroller, and TABC — not personal data we collected about you.

Sharing

We don’t sell or share your email address with third parties. We use Supabase for authentication/storage, Stripe for billing, and Kit for the weekly email — each only processes what’s needed to run the Service.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from the weekly email any time via the link in every issue, or cancel your paid plan from your dashboard. To delete your account entirely, contact us.
