Austin Signals (“the Service”) is operated by HD Signals LLC. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

The data

Every record on Austin Signals is re-published public data — City of Austin building permits, Texas Comptroller sales-tax permit filings, and Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) licenses. We are not affiliated with the City of Austin, the State of Texas, or any government agency, and we do not guarantee the data is complete, current, or error-free. Always verify anything material (a permit status, a license number, a valuation) against the issuing agency before relying on it.

Accounts & billing

Free accounts get the weekly email digest and the public site. Paid plans (Basic, Pro) are billed monthly via Stripe and can be canceled any time from your dashboard — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable use

Don’t scrape, bulk-export, or resell data from the Service outside your plan’s stated limits, and don’t use the Service to violate any law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
