Replace approximately 60 linear feet of existing underground water service line from the street-side connection to the house including trenching in the front yard and removal of up to 5 linear feet of driveway concrete. Repipe the entire homes water distribution system with PEX routed through the attic. Work includes piping for two bathrooms one kitchen one ice maker box one washing machine connection and one water heater plus new fixture shutoff valves and three hose bibs. Replace the existing water heater and correct installation deficiencies. Install a new drain pan with drain piping to the exterior temperature and pressure relief discharge piping and a thermal expansion tank. Pressure test new water piping and complete required inspections.
